  All members standard registration - for full, additional, affiliate and associate members.
• 03 Single Day Registration - Thursday, 2nd May – $325.00
  Use this option if you are attending the Forum for only one day. Dinner is not included
• 04 Single Day Registration - Friday, 3rd May – $325.00
  Use this option if you are attending the Forum for only one day. This option does not include dinner
• 05 STREAMING - Watch the National Forum Live – $375.00
